Effective October 16, 2026
June Automation ("we," "us" or "our") runs juneauto.com. This policy explains what information the website collects when you visit it or send us the Get started form, and what we do with it. If you become a customer, your agreement with us covers the information involved in our service, including signing in to your account.
In short
- What we collect. What you type into the Get started form, and anonymous counts of page views.
- What we do with it. We use it to reply to you. We don't sell it and we don't use it for advertising.
- No tracking. No advertising or tracking cookies, and nothing that follows you to other websites.
- Your choice. Ask us to see or delete your information at any time: privacy@juneauto.com.
What we collect
What you send us. When you fill in the Get started form, we receive your name, email, business name and team size, the jobs you pick, anything you write in the message box, and your phone number if you give it.
Page views. We count visits and see which pages are read using privacy-friendly analytics. For each page view it records the page, the site you came from, your general location (country), and your device type, operating system and browser. It uses no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, and doesn't identify you or follow you from visit to visit.
Technical information. Like any website, our hosting provider receives the technical details needed to deliver a page, such as your IP address and browser, and uses them to run and protect the site.
How we use it
- To reply to you about your business and how we can help, by email or by phone if you gave us a number.
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.
- To keep the site secure and working.
We don't sell or rent your information or share it for advertising.
Who else handles it
We use a small number of service providers to host the website, count page views, receive the Get started form and provide our email. They handle your information only to provide those services to us.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect the rights or safety of anyone, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of our business.
Cookies and tracking
Browsing the site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. When a customer signs in to their account, we use one essential cookie that keeps them signed in and is used for nothing else. We don't use advertising pixels or anything that tracks you across other websites, so a browser's Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control setting has nothing to switch off here. If that changes, we will update this policy first, and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep what you send through the form for as long as we need it to talk with you, and as reasonable business records after that. Ask us and we will delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email privacy@juneauto.com. We will reply within 30 days and may ask you to confirm it's you. Depending on where you live, such as California, the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have other rights under local law, and we will honor them. Using your rights won't change how we treat you.
Security
The whole site uses encrypted connections, and we limit who can see what you send us. No website is perfectly secure, so please don't send passwords or financial details through the form.
Children
This site is for businesses. It isn't directed to children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
Where your information is handled
We are based in the United States, and our service providers handle information here. If you visit from another country, your information will be transferred to and handled in the United States.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
